Return and Exchange Policy

Peony Alley Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to assist with returns and exchanges. Please review our policy below.


📦 Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (with tags attached, if applicable).
  • Returns for refunds must be requested within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, store credit will be issued instead.
  • All returns & exchanges must be received within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, returns and exchanges are no longer accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective (see below).

To initiate a return or exchange, email hello@peonyalley.com with your Invoice Number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days after receiving your return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If exchanging, we will hold your requested item for 7 days while we wait for your return. If the return isn't received within this timeframe, the item will go back into inventory.
  • If your exchange item costs more than the returned item, we will send a PayPal invoice for the difference. This invoice must be paid within 24 hours.
  • One free exchange shipment per order (we cover shipping back to you for exchanges).

❗ Final Sale Items

  • Clearance items, "Final Sale" items, and products ending in .99 are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
  • Swimwear, jewelry, and accessories are also final sale due to hygiene reasons.
  • Gift certificates and giveaway items are non-refundable.

📸 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Photos of the issue
  • Your order number and full name

Damaged items must be unworn and have their tags attached. We will review the item and offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.


🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order is shipped, ownership is transferred to the customer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please contact USPS for shipping-related issues.
